Digital Designer
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Design effective digital marketing assets for a variety of media, including but not limited to paid, display, and social media campaigns
  • Collaborate with account managers and digital strategists across several specialty teams (SEO, social media, content strategy, and more) to obtain knowledge of the clients’ goals and target audiences
  • Collaborate with fellow teams to analyze the performance of creative concepts in the market by channel and make actionable recommendations for improvement

  • Collaborate with account managers and digital strategists across several specialty teams (SEO, social media, content strategy, and more) to obtain knowledge of the clients’ goals and target audiences
  • Collaborate with fellow teams to analyze the performance of creative concepts in the market by channel and make actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with strategists across teams on annual planning and monthly client presentation needs
  • Support the client's own branding, marketing, and related self-promotion needs, including designing campaigns, pitch decks, and related assets
  • Perform or review internal and client research to ensure designs are the smartest solution to achieve client KPIs while setting them apart from competitors
  • Attend internal team and client kickoffs, as well as other client and internal meetings as needed, to help our work achieve its goals and get better every day
  • Develop and help maintain a cohesive brand story and voice across deliverables
  • Partner with Senior Designer(s) on client strategy and assist where needed
  • Present to, engage with, and help sell creative work to internal teams and clients
  • Look for opportunities to enhance current designs for assigned clients
  • Keep up-to-date on the latest in digital marketing design trends and strategy
  • Peer-review other designers’ work to ensure quality
  • Work within scope on design tasks and assignments and proactively identify when more or fewer hours may be needed
  • Proactively identify areas of growth and lean on existing team members for mentoring and support
  • Actively participate in department initiatives such as team meetings, culture events, knowledge sharing, and opportunities to connect with the design team and broader the client’s team
  • Maintain accountability for personal utilization, account performance, and skills growth
  • Track one’s own time daily in Workfront platform
  • Complete quarterly Rocks (90-day goals) in our Bloom Growth platform, to advance yourself and the company

Qualifications:

  • At least Bachelor’s degree holder or College level with relevant experience
  • 3 years’ experience in an advertising agency or digital marketing agency
  • Experience with Branding work also preferred
  • Experience with Adobe creative suites
  • Amenable to work 3:00pm – 12:00am, Monday to Friday
