Graphic Designer
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality design assets for both digital and print to support marketing functions and maximize client engagement whilst keeping in line with branding guidelines.
  • Work across the illustration/animation development & curation process including the preparation and design of draft illustrations to briefed needs, create complete illustrations or animations.
  • Design flyers, brochures, infographics, and other collateral to support the marketing function.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and execution of the client’s Creative Plan.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or qualification in graphic or digital design, marketing, multimedia or similar, with highly advanced design, layout and typography skills.
  • 5+ years’ experience in design roles, with demonstrated design experience in a similar role, with experience in applying style guidelines creatively whilst upholding brand identity.
  • Experience developing a range of digital and print-ready collateral with an advanced understanding of color and image operations.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustration, photo editing, video editing and post-production.
  • Experience in 2D animation and 3D animation is a plus.
  • Have some web fundamentals in knowing how to use CMS like WordPress and some back-end website understanding to make website updates when needed.
  • Knowing complete UI is not a mandate but someone web savvy would be desirable.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills with an ability to engage with, and support, a variety of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills and time-management skills, with the ability to work well within tight deadlines.
  • An ability to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision, working in a team environment, as well as independently.
  • Excellent design, layout and creative skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Highly adept in understanding client briefs , and in designing and refining concepts
  • Able to work within existing brand guidelines and adapt them for digital platforms or print needs.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, able to deal with competing priorities and work within tight deadlines. Prioritizes deliverables to ensure key requirements are met.
  • Amenable to work at 7:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday - Friday
  • Portfolio required upon application
